Shipping Policy
Wolfy Bank uses a combination of UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ship all its orders. Carrier selection is determined by delivery destination and items ordered.
All items ship directly from our crafting studios, which are located in Brookfield, Ohio. Usual shipping times to the continental US is 3 – 5 business days.
Currently we do not offer expedited or international shipping as a standard; however, if you email us directly at info@wolfybank.com we’ll happily do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with any items that you have purchased, you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days. When returning your Wolfy Bank, we ask that you use the original packaging that we sent to help minimize risk of damage during transport.
When returning a Wolfy Bank, all items, must be included with your return. Failure to include all items can delay the return process. All shipping charges incurred for returns are the responsibility of the customer. To start a return, please email us at info@wolfybank.com.
If your bank arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us immediately at info@wolfybank.com, and we will replace your damaged items free of charge.
