Under your guidance, we’ll work with you from the concept design to the finishing touches – it’s like having an entire art studio at your beck and call!
As the creator, you will have the final say at each critical junction in the process, thus ensuring complete control over the experience.
All of our work comes with a satisfaction guarantee. We want you to absolutely love your tile! If you are not happy with the work we provide, we will make it right or issue a full refund.
Your design will be private.
It will not be sold anywhere unless you instruct us to do so.
Timeline on What to Expect:
- (1 day - Introductions)
After you place your order, an artist from Wolfy Bank will email you within 24 hours. They will introduce themselves and ask more about the art you want to create. Photo references are not necessary, but if you have some, that’s great!
- (+ 2 to 7 days - Conceptualization)
Our artists will do their best to capture your design with whatever instruction you provide. Before we begin sculpting, we conceptualize the design as a 2D image. After the 2D image is completed, we send it to you for feedback or approval.
- (+ 3 to 14 days - Sculpting)
Once the 2D image is approved, we begin the actual sculpting process. For custom orders, we use a process called digital sculpting. Digital sculpting is much like traditional sculpting, but it allows for much greater flexibility in a collaborative environment. As we progress, we will keep you updated with images of our work. With your guidance, we will continue to refine the sculpture until you are absolutely thrilled with the results.
- (+ 7 to 14 days - Production)
From here, it goes into the meticulous production process of mold making, firing, and finishing, to create the final piece of art.
Additional castings of your design can be purchased at our standard price of $19.95 for up to six months from the time of your initial order. Volume discounts are available upon request.
